SCEPLA is an association of environmental plaintiffs lawyers and law firms that work on the environment, and non-profits that litigate environmental issues in Southern California. Members are in Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Kern Counties.
